Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. If a cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

Customized Products

As most of our products are manufactured according to specific customer requirements, including custom logos, colors, designs, sizes, and branding, customized or personalized orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs and order details. After verification, we may offer:

• Product replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund (if applicable)

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue and verification results.

Refund Eligibility

Shipping Charges
